The Trustee Ministry is responsible for the care and maintenance of the church property and for ensuring that the church adheres to budgeted operating expenses. The Trustee Ministry is also responsible for employing, contracting for and supervising the church sexton and other individuals and companies where appropriate, maintaining and/or improving the church property within budget amounts and overseeing all and any planning required for the maintenance, improvement or additions to the church property and facilities. This ministry also represents the church in legal matters and is responsible for ensuring that the church property is adequately insured and that all safety requirements are met.
